We calles for reservation, got we were full, but as we were with kids and too early for dinner service we tried our luck and we got a table. Sometimes we struck gold. Food was amazing, wine card was proper and if you are around,...go and try their specialities.

Good service? Check. Helpful, friendly and food delivered quickly without being rushed. Excellent food? Check. Adequate choices well prepared. Atmosphere? Check. Wood panel walls stain glass windows. Reasonably priced? Check. Worth a second visit? Time permitting.

a really nice atmosphere with great decoration. the witness is very friendly and the service is very good. the food was delicious, the portions were great and it is typical eating from the opposite. a cozy place for lunch and a good local wine after hiking. around the beautiful city wurzburg.

a popular place in the old town, in a beautiful historical building. most restaurants can find space outside. the courtyard is absolutely charming. the service was good, eating was served in large portions, wein was pleasant. all in all a good dinner in a beautiful place....Make a reservation!

Not only did they squeeze us in on a busy night at Christmastime but they gave us a great table. Very romantic, outstanding service. I mentioned to our Server that my family came from Wurzburg and we were treated like kings. Their sommelier even made...suggestions on local Franconian wines to pair with our food. Incredible food to top it off.

This was our favorite meal in Würzburg. The building is magnificent impeccably maintained. The dining room is small cozy. The service was fantastic the food was even better! Would recommend pretty much everything, but the potato soup was a real hit with...our group. Reservations are a requirement since we went off season, we were lucky enough to get one same day.

I ask tap water and it comes a bottle of water (already open). Then when I finished the water the staff give me a new bottle without ask me(already open) . I star to think maybe the water is free. But when I get my...bill they charge me two bottle of water and it cost almost Very upset the service. I think it’s cheating. I order the wine soup and Breast beef. It’s very normal not that fine like the recommendation. The beef meat is very thin and dry.

just when I thought I would know all kinds of sausages out there, I was surprised by a dish that was called blue zipfel blue tips the sausage was absolutely delicious, but I had never served it and cooked in the juices quite. very with some nice. it was a joy. we thought it a little more on earth today and were really happy with what we got. the potato soup was not too impressive, but everything else made the cut. this restaurant is really picturesque and comfortable. in general a pretty late lunch experience.
