"I have just returned to my hotel from a meal at this restaurant with my girlfriend. I am so angry at the way we were treated during our meal that I feel duty bound to warn other potential customers not to visit this establishment (well at least any potential non-german customers that is....)We arrived there to what looked like a great place to spend a cold winter's evening, as we entered, no offer was made to take our coats or hats and scarves while other customers had theirs hung up for them or handed back as they left. There were only 3 tables full in the restaurant including ours, with at least 3 waiters working. We sat there for 5-10 minutes before anybody came to give us a menu. The first question before this was "have you ordered yet?" (I wish I could have seen what I could order first...).Food was actually pretty good, had pizzas and a nice dessert. Service was cold and lacking throughout. When we had finished we sat as the only remaining table while the waiters cleared and prepared tables around us. Both our plates empty, knives and forks closed, empty glasses. We were ignored by all staff in there while they loudly sang and moved furniture around us as if we weren't there.I caught their eye on many occasions and between them they were just laughing and smiling.Having had enough we actually collected our coats and started to make our way out when finally somebody suddenly showed some interest. I explained about the poor service and that we felt like walking out. Zero concern was shown at all by anybody in there. One waiter (maybe the manager) even said "well that's what you think" "that's your opinion" to which I replied I am just offering my feedback. We then left, to some muted laughter, having declined the offered free grapa.I am particularly angry due to our perception of receiving such terrible service and treatment while everybody else (German), were waited on hand and foot; Coats were taken and returned, free grapa was brought to them at their tables. Drinks never went empty etc. This further backed up by the fact we were asked where we were from and what we were doing here to our reply "tourists from England and Poland. I don't think we heard from anybody after that.Very quiet for a Saturday night anyway with no atmoshpere. Wouldn't have thought they could afford to treat customers in this way. Be warned!"
