We gotta a very Good salami pizza and Milanese beef for my son. The waiter was petty nice and helped to change the menu schnitzel of beef instead of pork ! So gotta also drink of Berliner Pilsen !

Short walk from our hotel on a cool October night, was a nice comfort food find. Very fair prices good pasta and soups. Some excellent south Italy house wines. Try the Nero de Avols or Puglia wine. Good service, nice casual atmosphere.

The food was good, the staff was Italian original so we came twice within a week. The restaurant is just below Hotel Novotel Suites Berlin City Potsdamer Platz, so if you stay in that area (near the Topography of terror) you should try this...old school Italian.

The food was ok. Just ok. The service was interesting to say the least. The waiter was efficient but not friendly during the meal and then when he brought the bill I put a credit card on the table to pay. As he took the...payment he said “In Germany the service charge is not included” and walked off. I had not even been given the opportunity to leave a tip either on the card or otherwise at that stage so it seemed a very strange thing to say. Subsequently we left without leaving a tip.

I was working at an event in Berlin called Berlin Salsa Congress. So I had to go to the Marinelli restaurant three times for lunch. The first and second experience at this restaurant was great. The staff were very friendly, the service very fast and...the food delicious. However, the third and last experience (Sunday) was terrible. We were met by the same employee as the day before employee Lilo. This employee was super rude as soon as he saw us entering in the restaurant. He pointed to the table that we should go with contempt. He didn't go to the table to serve us (and the restaurant was practically empty) and called another employee to serve us. This other employee was very busy and so I...
