"I have never experienced such an unfriendly customer service. We were on the beach and tried to order via Liferando, which did not work due to bad internet, but we had already had everything in the shopping cart just couldn't send the order. At Liferando, the minimum order was €18. Then we called to order, have said our order and the Lord on the phone told us missing 15€ to reach the minimum order value. We were somewhat confused and told him that on Liferando only a minimum order of 18€ instead of the 25€ he said. We ordered pizza service via Deliveryando. The delivery time was about 35 min. The pizzas were quite weak and did not have much to do with a really good Italian pizza. The chicken chips were also rather disappointing, cold and simply freezing. Since part of the order was missing (Salat and another part of the chicken chips), the driver returned and brought approx. 30 min later the missing food. This time the chicken chips were warm, but the associated pommes were salted. There was no compensation for the initially missing food, although this could not be eaten together. 1 star is too much. I don't know the address here on holiday. I have to listen to the phone that you have to live in Germany and know addresses, although the campsite Seepferdchen was seen more often than the vehicle here.
