The food at this restaurant is excellent! The seabass was delicious and the cozze al pomadore starter was very tasty. The lasagne was just perfect. The Negroni with prosecco was a nice touch as well. Overall, a great dining experience.

A cosy little restaurant with a lovely ambience, very good food and service. The blackboard starter of whitebait was quite large and a little too much battered but tasty. The smiling waitress suggested a small plate of spaghetti with clams to follow which was perfect and delicious.

We stumbled upon the restaurant whilst walking to our hotel. The staff were super friendly and really accommodating with dietary requirements from gluten free to vegan. All their food is made fresh in their kitchen and tasted amazing. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and would really recommend visiting Ver carta

We had an amazing dining experience at Rosetto before heading to an event at a nearby hotel. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, making sure that we had a great time. The food was freshly prepared and cooked to perfection, evident in both the taste and presentation. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem in Eastbourne, and we are definitely planning to come back again now that we have discovered it.

This was my first visit. Though friends have been telling me to go for ages. First as you walked in the door there was a real buzz. Was full and the atmosphere was great. The food was excellent. A Prawn Cocktail. But not the old 70s one. Was superb. Followed by Tagliatelle and crab. Dressed in the shell with garlic. Quite delicious dessert well I’ll have to go back. I was to full from the first two courses. Even though this lovely restaurant was full the service was very good. I will return highly recommend.

We have been here a couple of times before and there has always been consistency in the high standard of food and service. Prawn cocktail was like I had never had before with a delicious Salmon mousse to set off the prawns. Cannelloni with veal was delicious as was the steak. Whilst we were there the staff were making an anniversary couples evening extra special with confetti and decorations on their table. They go the extra mile. We have got to know Jess and she is always there with a smile and excellent suggestion's for food. Always a good evening. Thank you Rosetto! Ver carta
