The Rothaus-Ding is definitely an interesting concept: much more modern than one would expect a brewery restaurant/bar and still with homely references to the Black Forest. excellent eating and amazing service. our waitress was very professional and very friendly and could not be more helpful. my German is limited to just a few words, but our waitress felt very comfortable because her English was fantastic!

We landed relatively late in the red house, the kitchen had already closed and we were hungry... for our waiters no obstacle. You have actually organized us warm pulps with butter! Better a restaurant/bar cannot do points than with such a wonderful service.
