"I travel for business and stay in hotels weekly, but this was by far my worst experience. The room I was given was in a former stable block behind the hotel, which was dirty and dusty. I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep, but I soon discovered that the bed sheets were soaked in blood due to a bed bug infestation. I immediately went to reception to check out, but was told I would be charged for the full cost of the room unless they contacted the night manager. After hearing about the disgusting condition of my room, other guests and my colleague decided to leave as well. I made it clear that I would take legal action if they tried to charge me. After finding a new hotel and scrubbing myself clean, I spent a restless night trying to forget the experience. I now meticulously check every hotel room I stay in. I would not recommend the Royal Oak Hotel Sevenoaks to anyone, not even my dog."

Great food , I go 2 times a month. Good for party's young and old book up to find out what they can offer you before you go if you want a party. Friendly staff. Ver carta

We stopped for breakfast on a longish journey. One of our daughters was also feeling poorly but our server Emma was excellent. Service from her was brilliant and she greeted us with a very warm and friendly personality.

Recently at the following premiere inn with friends so ate here every 3 evenings and morning. Could not blame it great friendly service and meals were nice could not do enough for us and made us especially Sue and Carol really feel welcome. Do not hesitate to stay here and eat again

Excellent service. Amber was brushed by her feet, but still fabulous customer service with a smile. Was able to make a meal suitable for certain nutritional needs without effort. Friendly staff, clean and pleasant environment. The wheelchair access also facilitated our outing. Food was fabulous, good quality with perfect portions. Come back. Thanks to all employees
