My wife and I chose Ruby Spice again for our take away treat. The food is consistently excellent Indian cuisine from a restaurant which stands out amongst the best in the city. We shared Saag Chicken and King Prawn Korai both of which were outstanding. Thank you Ruby Spice.

We visited tonight for the first time in many months. We had stopped going because we had had a few meals that weren’t good. Anyway, we decided to give Ruby Spice one last try and take advantage of the Eat Out to Help Out offer. I’m so glad we did. We had poppadoms, four main meals, sides and drinks. Service was a bit slow but they were very busy. We all said our meals were excellent. We will definitely be back

The food at Ruby Spice is absolutely delicious, I've eaten in the restaurant and through take away and it's always fantastic with great choice too. Staff are very helpful and assist with choosing a meal. My only reason for not choosing 5 stars is because it is quite tricky ordering take away; the Just Eat version doesn't show the whole menu, and if you try ordering on their own website, it doesn't allow you to add your postcode and process the order. It can hen be quite hard to put the order in over the ttelephone.

I placed an online order for delivery, but did not receive a response for an hour. When I finally heard back, they said it would take another hour. I tried to contact them, but their phone was turned off. Despite the delay, they were more than happy to take our money. After waiting for two hours, my wife walked to the restaurant only to find out that they had closed early without fulfilling our order. This takeaway experience was a complete disaster. Avoid at all costs if you want to actually receive the food you order.

Second Time ordered and was fabulous! (First time also) they helped describe a different meal I don't usually choose but purely because I wanted try to something different they was great help! Chicken tikka masala is a massive winner in my house and for the adults we has chicken parashi which was a wonderful change. I am no good with dips so as I went and collected he brought a plate of all of them to explain which was what...such a kind thing to do! Mixed pickle is what was wanted and he even gave a extra dip free Always fantastic service at Ruby spice with divine tasty food. Will be ordering again for sure.

Not off to a good start! Attempted to book a table for two a couple of days prior to meal, and they took no name and booking didn’t feel guaranteed. Arrived at the restaurant (10 minutes late) and our table wasn’t even ready for us, makes me wonder if they didn’t do our booking properly. Firstly, we ordered drinks, there was only 1 type of bottled beer left, but understandable as we did visit late on Wednesday night (eat out to help out scheme). Ordered a Malibu and coke also, but had to ask for another as the coke tasted flat and horrible, the coke had been sat on the side (warm) the whole time we were there.
