Super Tagesmenüs! Hat gut geschmeckt, komme gerne wieder!

Besides the food not bad the service was not like should be for the price paid. The meal was served without the side dishes.

Ganz nett, aber Preis-Leistung passt nicht. Gerade das Wiener Schnitzel aus der Friteuse ist überteuert, auch wenn das Fleisch an sich gut war.

Wir waren zum Abendessen mit der Familie im Salzamt. Wir haben auf ein besseres Essen gehofft, wurden aber etwas enttäuscht.Der Service war gut und freundlich.

Sehr tolles Restaurant in Wien, mit ausgezeichneter Wiener Kost. Tolle Stimmung, tolle Bedienung. Werden beim nächsten Wienbesuch bestimmt wieder dort anzutreffen sein.

Ristorante situato nel centro storico di Vienna che offre piatti provenienti da tutti i territori del ex impero austro-ungarico (piatti austriaci,tedesci,italiani,ungheresi...).Il cameriere è molto cortese e disponibile.Prezzi abbastanza elevati se si pensa che la Wienerschnietzel costa 21 euro (si trova facilmente a 10-12 euro) e che una bottiglia di acqua naturale (0,75l) costa 7 euro (solitamente è a circa 4 se non di meno)!!!

Ultima sera a Vienna, non abbiamo pranzato a mezzogiorno cerchiamo un ristorante perché quello che mio figlio ha scelto non è ben recensito da tripadvisor. Ci imbattiamo per caso e il posto ci convince ( siamo affamati e disperati) . Abbiamo mangiato benissimo piatti tipici austriaci, menù in tedesco ma i camerieri gentilissimi ci hanno spiegato tutto in inglese prezzo adeguato a Vienna e al servizio. Abbiamo cenato all'esterno perché la serata era caldissima ma anche l'interno si presenta suggestivo.

I was slightly nervous that it was closed as reviews were old and when I did the online reservation on their Web site I got nlno response. However we went ,they were open,they had our reservation which was good as they were busy. Check out the English menu on the website as the German handwritten menu was difficult to read and the owner had to explain it. We had the Vienna snitzel with cucumber salad which had potatoes. This was excellent. The rest of the menu was local rather than international as were the clients. Service was quick but the waiters appeared to short-staffed and frantic. It was a good meal out and Miles better than the hotel restaurant.
