"This is a review of our first experience ordering takeout from this restaurant. The prices were quite high, but I understand that they prioritize using high quality ingredients which can be costly. Unfortunately, our food arrived cold as the delivery driver had trouble understanding directions and language barriers prevented clear communication. The portion size of the lamb korma on pitta with salad was disappointingly small and pricey, even for someone from London. My cheesy garlic bread was also cold, and there was confusion regarding my son's order, as he received a donner kebab muffin instead of the spicy chicken burger that was requested. While I appreciate the restaurant's efforts, there are areas that need improvement to receive a better rating from me. We will likely stick to our usual takeout options in the future."

I was underwhelmed by the kebabs, which used to be outstanding but now taste just average. It seems like there is new management in place, and the quality has definitely declined. Ver carta

Santos as good food but they never bring all your order, every time I order more than 3 items they don't bring them, its frustrating when you have waited ages and then you have to start cooking, gets someone who can understand what people are saying on the phone.

I ordered the chicken Tikka and mutton kobida from the number 10 on the menu. It looked so appetizing, but the kobida was very oily, almost like a sponge. As soon as I cut into it, oil leaked out and soaked the naan underneath. It completely turned me off my meal. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Ordered a spicy chicken burger x2 and requested for the burger to be cut in half when I placed the order. After the burger was prepared the guy quoted ‘only Asian people ask for this’ and was reluctant to cut the burger in half. They should of mentioned that when I placed my order, will NOT be going back.Work on your customer service skills guys, learn from successful joints like McDonald’s. Ver carta

I usually order a kebab of some sort which for Cheetham Hill is one of the best places. The staff even though rarely friendly, know their work. Standard of food is excellent for a kebab shop. This drive by I thought I would get a spicy chicken burger. Usual lettuce and mayonnaise. Wow. Very good.A huge down side to this place is the parking. Not recommended at all for anyone who gets intimidated!!

We use to order from here every week. Last 3 times I noticed their chicken fillets in the burgers have shrunk and were too hard to bite down on. Their pizza 's are definitely worth the price, they are juicy have a lot of topping. If they 'fix ' the burgers again then they are worth it too as they were delicious!! They are VERY busy so delivery can take an hour or more. Better to pick up then to have it delivered, as it can be lukewarm when it gets to u. They also do not accept card or online orders which is very disappointing. Cash only.

"Hearing about a traditional fish and chip shop in Prestwich, complete with a restaurant and bar, and cooking in beef-dripping with the option for vegetable oil (call to confirm vegetable oil availability), I was compelled to check it out. Upon entering the shop, I found myself in the bar area, with access to the restaurant located upstairs. The bar was furnished with tables, chairs, and stools for those wishing to enjoy a drink or avoid the stairs. It is encouraging to see young people engaged in the fish and chip shop trade, potentially leading to more traditional establishments in the future. The cod, although slightly smaller than expected, was delicious and cooked to perfection. The chips were among the best I’ve had in a long time. The pea fritters, black pudding fritters, and tartare sauce were also excellent. In-house pies were available as well, so I sampled the cheese and onion and meat and potato varieties and can recommend both. There is parking available across the street and on-street. However, the opening hours might not suit those looking for a lunchtime meal, as at the time of this review, the hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM, and closed on Sunday and Monday.
