"Its the third time Im in that particular restaurant at that location. I dined in at different locations too, such as Flingern Nord.This time, I went out not that happy. Why? Well, most of the food was too fatty and tasted overly peppery, so I hardly tasted the veggies and so on. It was a disastrous dine in experience the first time at Sattgrün. I only gulped the food in the end as I at least wanted to have eaten something and not chucking the food away. But it would have been better not to have eaten the fatty meal.Im kinda devided if I should go there again, as I made really great experiences formerly. What and why has it changed? Is there a new cook or what is the matter?For at the Moment, I probably wont go there again, it really put me off. If they change, I will give it another chance.My bro was there the first time to get a vegan experience, but even he didnt like it and experienced the same things as I did. So, two unhappy customers, not good, eh?The bathrooms are alright, nothing to complain about.As it got warmer, we used the opportunity to sit outside. There is a possibility to sit inside too and it is quite comfy.When we got there people seem to be in a hurry to get their food together and pay and dont wait until the person who is in front of them pays for their meal first. It felt like pushing a shoving. Where is the adult behaviour gone to? Are you serious people? Only because you work there next door, doesnt mean you need to behave that way and ignore other people who quque up nicely. Bad one.Not much staff is working there. Just one till when we were there. Might arrange another one especially at lunch time, when plenty of customer get there.Else, think about it, if it is appropriate that people are allowed to smoke outside in the restaurant area. There is nothing worse having those people around while trying to enjoy ones meal. Its really disgusting. Germany should change that law and consider it seriously."

A wide range of vegan food, lot of different tastes and flavours. Located in a good area, near the river. Big portions and not expensive. fresh and high quality food

We were walking on our way to Rhine towers came across this place we saw lot of people eating .We asked the girl @ the counter what is concept all about then explained us all We had our best meal of the day

I've been there twice with my friend. The food was healthy and tasty, the price was good also. we luv the white wine there, and the coconut cappuccino was really nice. I would definitely go there again and strongly recommend!

There are 3 Sattgrün restaurants in Düsseldorf. You can choose from a large buffet with about 20 main dishes and salads. Price ranges from 6,90€ to 10,90€ depending on the size of your plate. Alternatively you can choose a soup (2 sizes) and they also offer some desserts and lots of drinks. Everything I tried so far was really good! I only visited, Sattgrün Hafen', which is decorated in a simple manner, nothing special but nice. There are some outdoor seatings on a sunny terrace. Ver carta

Great vegan concept: a buffetstyle restaurant where you pay according to the size of your plate. Food was delicious and there was really a lot of choice between soups, salads and warm dishes: all vegan. The food was regularly added or renewed from the kitchen and really dind't cost much. We also had a delicious (huge) piece of cake and a. very good coffee. Interior is cute and modern, the staff was super friendly and spoke english very well. I will definitely come back whenever I'm in the area. 100% reccomended.

This is such a great concept buffet restaurant, which is not an all you can eat, but certainly an all you can choose for 1 plate.Depending on what size you choose (how hungry you are) you are paying for that size, but you can fill it up to the brim and overflowing if you like with their assortment of goodies on the buffet counter.Definitely leave a bit of room for dessert since you don't want to miss out on their sweets!The atmosphere is just fantastic and the people working there all have great attitudes towards service.
