with good weather you should eat outside. that is where the judges had their meal in the middle age. the service is fast and the waiter is nice. the dishes are not many but delicious. the wine is delicious.

beautiful place to take a break. beautifully located on the slope down to the Rhine. the restaurant has a beautiful view of the valley. did not eat there, but enjoyed the intention in combination with a cold beer, which is recommended.

we enjoyed a fantastic evening in this historic palast. the chef johannes steiger and his team spoiled us at the highest level. the high point of the evening formed a visit to the wine cellar with subsequent vintage ringing from the region. we will definitely return to this super magical place. So as a hobby cook, I have to say that you already get a tasteful variety on the dish. the operation (sommelier) is a bit stiff, but it didn't bother us. the dishes look visually appealing and tastefully they are well matched. my wife has been enough to get fed, not with me.Maybe I had to order a lot more.Is recommended.

I also managed this 100%. both the service, the food, the recommended weine as well as the ambiente voted to detail and are worth their awards. 10 of us were initially april 2017 in the restaurant. the food was good, but did not feel wow, we would like to come back. the problems were 1. the staff that served us always dropped this cute. one time can be regarded as an accident, but 4 to 5 times are not acceptable. we were not sure if she is a negligent type or could be drunk to the extreme.2. we have confirmed with the sommelier for the 2 bottles of wine. At some point, after we had used the 2nd bottle, the staff only opened the 3rd bottle and came to serve on us! So we stopped them and asked them to question them at the sommelier. we had no idea what a motiw she had, but be careful and be aware of what they ordered.
