we could get seats immediately; this was in the week. our waiter was friendly, attentive and even crisp sweating with us! the atmosphere is light and airy, with palm flowers all around. we woke up with gluh wine when we woke up for our escapes. they came in good time and were served piping hot. all tasted amazing!

My fiancé and I had an amazing time. The coffee and the chocolate cake were perfect. We also had gluhwein, which was great for the cold weather. This place is also so beautiful, we were blown away by its decoration. The cherry on the top...was the service. Our waiter, Adrian S was so kind and welcoming, best service ever in Germany. We will definetly come back.

This restaurant has a large amount of outdoor seating. Some of it is marked “self serve” and it wasn’t clear what that involved. We chose to be seated inside. We did have about a 10 minute wait for a table. Once seated the service was...leisurely and professional. The food was good and well priced. It was much better than the breakfast at our hotel which is a similar price.

the staff is difficult to speak and not very hygienic (e.g. ice-waffeln with hands touch). very bad choice. they were from almost all types of ice (of course this is not written somewhere). you would expect a caffe with palm occupancy. at least has a secondary focus on ice, but it seems to be usually a reflection. they have just thrown and delivered some icey ice cream (one less than we bought) in waffeln.

Service was average. Food was average. Dessert was average. This place is just average. The best thing about the cafe is that it is in a beautiful location and the server spoke English. The bathrooms are clean. The fries tasted as if they were fried...in very old oil. The schnitzel was average. Prices are average. Basically, you eat here because there's no other option. When you tip, you ask them to put it on the card or leave a few Euro with the server if you have cash.

we had our high-time reception in the castle cafe in the palm house, after the official ceremony in the iron house. the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. After we had spent the whole day from the first drinks after the ceremony until the end of the party at 2 o'clock, we were all happy. the food was great and despite the number of guests with limited waiting time. this place is highly recommended for high times, but also other events and also only a regular meal every day.

The waiting time is forever. The cakes look a bit like industrial cakes. Wanting a straw for my icecoffee, I was told that they currently don’t have any. Because of Corona. ! In the end, he asked how everything was. While I was saying that the...cake was „ok“ and the icecoffee sucked, he already left. While I understand that it’s not a waiters fault if the food is not living up to standards, having a waiter walk away while you talk means that I won’t even visit this place again if I was invited.

There was a lot of people there, so we had to wait a while. The place was nice. But we coulnd't order Buffet because we didn't reserve it beforehand. We were disappointed. Also, when we got seats, we were placed on a weird spot, but...points for the effort of carrying out a table and chairs for us to sit and eat, although it wasn't really a good spot. We had a much lovelier experience when a nice table became available and we switched. The food was good. Me and my friend ordered American, in which my friend didn't want any bacon, and chose fried Ham in substitution, which led to that mine also was unintentionally switched to fried ham. I chose the special restaurant to organize the reception of my high time. When the day came and we went there for the reception with our guests, we found a nicely decorated long table for 15 people in white at the outside of the terrace....We had a big champagne as welcome drink and our 4-course menu that we chose was absolutely amazing. our guests were impressed how delicious the meal was and to top when out, the high-time cake was fantastic to the eye and the back. the service was exceptional at the day of our high time, absolutely helpful and focused on our desires. the whole organization was completed with woman claudia trott, a very friendly, helpful and communicative woman who fulfills...
