"Ich war heute durch einen Zufall im Bella Vita. Das Lokal ist geschmackvoll und recht modern eingerichtet. Der junge Mann vom Service war super höflich und sehr flott. Er hatte halt alles im Griff. Ich habe ein Rumpsteak und meine Frau eine Lasagne gegessen. Das Rumpsteak war nicht nur sehr groß, sondern auch sehr gut zubereitet und super zart. Eines der Besten welches ich je gegessen habe. Die Lasagne war auch toll im Geschmack und eine große Portion. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier 100 Prozent. Kann ich nur empfehlen."

"Wer mittags, aber vor allem abends in Freiburg RICHTIG gut authentisch vietnamesisch thai essen mag und dabei seine Ruhe haben möchte, statt in der Innenstadt in überfüllten Asien-Lokalen mit Glutamatbomben traktiert zu werden, geht in's Asia House. Sehr freundlicher Service, alles läuft völlig familiär ab. In den wärmeren Jahreszeiten kann man auch draußen sitzen, teilweise überdacht. Lieblingsgerichte sind Suppe 7, Thai-Frühlingsrollen und die Entengerichte. Bei den Hauptspeisen ist immer viel Gemüse mit dabei. Ausreichende Auswahl an Gewürzen (scharf !!! . EIN kleiner Haken: Kein Faßbier, aber Waldhaus aus der Flasche geht auch mal. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen !!!"

"in the did, not immediately after his first impression, they should write an experience report, but let them go all back and then evaluate it at the earliest. on Wednesday my wife and I had visited the trattoria pizzeria snow castle for the first time. commentary: enlightenment on the quality of eating and the cordiality of the service. as we were sure whether the spirituality product of a spontaneous short-term holiday was endorphin distribution, we decided to go back two days later. result: still we are thrilled and forgiven with best determined 5 stars. a favorite heart that we do not give away because the location is far too far from our house and therefore can best be a holiday lover. to details: the location is located in the center of the village sankt georgen, a part of the town of freiburg im breisgau, which cannot deny its original village character. as the architecture of the estimated 100 year old building shows, the snow castle with high probabilities was also a typical south bathing village guest house. also the interieur is nothing but the interieur of a village guest house with fluent stove, floor, wooden and chairs. the operators have hardly changed that. I don't care personally, because the ambiente, as we know, cannot be eaten. only the view into the menu and on the large pizza oven in the back part of the two dining rooms shows that italian is cooked. but that with passion and best know how to visit our two has not disappointed us any of the ordered dishes. it was tortellini in brodo (tortellini in a very tasty broth) for 4,40 eur, spaghetti puttanesca for 7,20 eur, rigatoni siciliana for 7,50 eur pizza napoli (very large, with large floor and great cover) for 7,20 eur. fresh and high quality ingredients that were very lubricated inside. we enjoyed the good beer of the brewery red house. the service in the family business was very pleasant and very warm for us, although we were new guests. the toilet system in the cellar (sufficiently not barrier-free) has been on the couch for several decades, but is clean and well maintained, and everything works. which would like to take a romantic Italian dinner with a candlestick, however, has decided to have the wrong situation. it is too bright and too loud. the hardworking and fleeing people from the snow castle must do all hands full in the truest sense of the word to take the phone instructions for pizza almost in the minute time, take along and pick up reservations and process. how they do this without losing their rest and rest and without the waiting time for eating and growing up into the homeless, my highest recognition deserves. if it were not so far from our house, the snow castle would certainly be our future Italian master restaurant."

"Jedes Mal wenn ich bzw. wir (mit Familie) nach Freiburg kommen ist ein Besuch hier Pflicht. Positiv: Das Essen schmeckt uns jedesmal sehr gut. Die Auswahl ist groß. Viele regionale Produkte. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in jedem Fall. Schnelle und nette Bedienung. Es gibt eine Auswahl zwischen großen und kleinen Portionen, die sich logischerweise im Preis unterscheiden. (Tipp: Meiner Meinung nach ist die kleine Portion völlig ausreichend. Zum Beispiel: klein = 1 großes Schnitzel mit reichlich Beilage und Salat. Groß = das Doppelte) Negativ: Eigentlich nichts. Wenn man Pech hat ist aus den oben genannten Gründen die Hölle los."

"I grew up near the restaurant and also know the previous restaurant. As a child, I was allowed to work behind the counter and serve drinks for my parents... I'm just saying this to make it clear: I've known the restaurant and the location very well and for a long time. When I still lived and worked here in Freiburg, I met my father in the south almost every week and we always ate the same thing: schnitzel with fries. Whenever I returned from my place of study, I used to eat here with my father, mother, sister, friends and girlfriend. The schnitzel is GREAT, very tasty. HOWEVER, the schnitzel now costs just under 19 EURO.... No pig in the world can tell me that 200g of its body is worth that much. Only schnitzel with fries, no salad, no side dish, 19 EURO. Ok, I know, Corona was violent and prices increased, and then Putin, the madman, came along and caused war in Europe and turned off the gas tap for your stove. But you're not the only restaurant in Europe. Just because the eco bigwigs from Vauban with their academic jobs or inheritances have no problem paying 19 euros for a factory farmed schnitzel doesn't mean that you are without competition, quite the opposite. I don't come to the south anymore, not because I can't afford it, but because the price-performance ratio cannot be justified with common sense. The staff is great! The atmosphere is beautiful and cozy! You're all doing a great job. The person who makes the prices is a fool Ciao"
