I visited this restaurant for over a year and finally had the opportunity to see Simon Long and his team in the kitchen. I ordered the pastrami sandwich and it was fantastic! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting York. You will not be disappointed!

If you find yourself in York, whether as a tourist or a local, be sure to take a drive down the famous road, The Shambles, and visit this place! I have never encountered a restaurant that puts so much love and attention into their products, resulting in such delicious flavors. As a vegetarian, I highly recommend trying the Grilled Cajun Haloumi wrap, it's my go-to meal here. The soup is also incredibly tasty!
