An excellent experience. The setting is superb and the warm atmosphere. The service is perfect, benevolent without being heavy. The staff is very pleasant. The gastronomic experience is extraordinary both at the gustative and aesthetic level. Each dish is a work of art. The agreement of the wines with the dishes is simply perfect. no doubt, the skab continues its progression to the tops. a widely deserved star arrived in February, making it a beautiful reference in the gourmet landscape of Gard. with alban barbette -co-manager - and sommelier of talent, the loop is closed and the last meals we took in this establishment were as many successes. Moreover, the whole band still has a great potential in reserve!. so.

We had come last year for a lunch and the experience was pleasant. this time for a dinner with the star, 4 menu and wine for a little over 300€. very correct in price and the quality of the dishes is at the rendezvous. the only black point, the complication in the dishes that is not necessarily explained during the service, this can lead to taste the dish without grasping all the subtleties. Thank you to the leader and the teams we spent a good time this fairy Sunday. We trusted the leader for a 10-service menu. What a pleasure from beginning to end. Products from the region wonderfully well worked. A suggestion for the following: don't change anything! Finally continue to create new dishes. I found it excellent... thanks to the waitress/servers for their accompaniment throughout the meal, we stayed 3 hours at the table.

I was told that the skab had a star at the michelin and that we shouldn't miss going. She's disappointing. The dishes are not at the height. My friend had ordered a royal dorade, after the aperitif we come to tell us that there is no more royal dorade and that it is replaced by a sar. for me I had taken the red ones. whether it was one or the other dish we were not satisfied, the sar was gray and my redt without flavor.
