The restaurant was extremely dirty with dirty glasses, menus, and toilets. It was very noisy, the service was terrible, and they got our food order wrong.

For my 21st birthday, we waited 45 minutes for our food and then another 45 minutes to cancel our drinks. I still haven't received a refund for the £35 I spent on drinks.
