At the entrance it says 4pm till 10pm happy hour and lists the drinks below but guess what that is a scam as after 7pm happy hour is over the sign at the entrance is completely misleading such a scam

Booked to watch Eurovision! Had to ask call by phone to get TV to be turned up at the start of the show as was almost silent. Took 15 minutes to sort. All night long took over 26 mins to get drinks and Waiters stopped at 22:00. Very post experience overall!

Underwhelming AVOID I cannot believe having paid £60+ for a ticket that we received 1 quarter of a sandwich per person. Unnaceptable and they should be ashamed. We were utterly embarrassed and couldn't get out fast enough. The management must hold customers in contempt yet repeated reviews highlighting dreadful food seem to just roll with it what an excuse for hospitality The absolute pits Ver carta

The plus was the entertainment which was brilliant. But if you go for afternoon tea you will need to eat before. Zebranos let themselves down big time with the insult of food that was presented for an afternoon tea. I asked for a vegetarian option and I was presented with tuna sandwiches which I don’t eat. 6 quarter sandwiches between 4 is a joke with one very small cake each with a small scone later. We came out starving!

Went with friends for Drag Show afternoon tea on Saturday afternoon. Great fun, the performers were professional and very funny. Good music and dancing after. Food was very average but that wasn’t the important part of the afternoon. It was stated Bellini for an hour and we only expected a couple of glasses but staff were brilliant at coming round and topping up. Even drinks from the bar were very reasonable prices. Bar staff very friendly Would highly recommend for a Saturday afternoon out

I have to say a massive thank you to the staff who looked after us so well yesterday. We had booked the Drag brunch and as ever the welcome is lovely, the entertainment is top notch, the drinks free flowing and the food lovely. Unfortunately my 18 yr old daughter got a bit carried away on the drinks and was in a terrible state. The staff were so amazing, they didn’t try to get us out, they took her to a first aid room and were so so kind to her and let her rest up until she felt better, I am so very grateful. I absolutely love everything about Zebranos this is my 4th time there and would recommend it to everyone. Ver carta

Absolute moral misconduct. One of our young 18 year old friends left the club for some air, she was denied entry back into the club based on the fact she was a ‘single lady’. As a result of this, she was left exposed to harassment on the street which both bouncers, working 24th February 2024, saw and chose to ignore when she alerted them about it. What are bouncers for? Safety. By choosing to ignore the pleas of this vulnerable girl, these bouncers have failed to do their duty, furthermore, when we tried to discuss this in a calm way the bouncers refused to talk to us and accept our feedback, and therefore I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLUB TO ANYONE.

Was so looking forward to our visit here but hoping our comments may improve future visits because there is so much potential. The booking says doors open at 1pm. It was nearly 120pm before that happened. An underwhelming bar area meets you where your feet stuck to the floor .. it’s the beginning of the ‘day’ no excuses for that. Just mop the floor.? The same could be said for most of the areas .. please invest in some cleaning. The event is scheduled from 130-430 but 2-4 is more realistic. The host and bar staff are deserving of a positive mention. It was clear that the third act was running late and others were filling in. Dear Zebrano Soho Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your establishment on [01/06/2024]. I had reserved a table in advance to watch the Champions League match and paid for the reservation. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by several issues that I believe need to be addressed. 1. Seating Arrangement and Audio Issues : Despite my advance reservation, I was seated right next to the projector screen. The overhead projector was on maximum volume, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. 2.
