Took my mum here for her birthday with my partner and her parents, and we had a fantastic time. The staff and the owner are all very friendly, and the food, the food was fantastic. Had the curried goat myself and loved it, and everyone else said the same about their meal. Looking forward to going back soon.

When we arrived my daughter was already there and was enjoying a mocktail whilst chatting to Olivier, who was very welcoming to us all. We were waiting for my son to arrive also and there was no problem as far as the restaurant was concerned even though we were much later ordering our food than originally anticipated. The food we ordered was so flavoursome and delicious. Every mouthful was so tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Thank you to Olivier!

We had lunch with 8 friends on Saturday lunchtime ... it was very quiet with only 1 other couple there. Food was good and I enjoyed my vegan burger. A number of vegan options on the menu, although some were not available and none of them Caribbean which seemed to be the theme of the restaurant. The owner, is a bit full on, especially at the start when what we really wanted to do was to catch up with our friends that we had not seen for while. I am coeliac so went for a GF option as stated in the menu and enquire about another item. The owner came over was very rude and said he did not understand and then offered me a lasagna, which I state I could not have due to pasta. He had no idea about this. I did not order in the end as I am not taking the risk. He was very rude to another member of my group when they asked about how something was cooked. Table was booked for 7 they finally came and took food order at 8.30 when we asked if we could order. They over charged us on what we had and add items to the bill we had not ordered. The owner seemed more interested in cosying up to young females then he did checking in with his staff, or...

We just happened to be passing while peckish, and decided to pop in. So glad we did, as the experience was a genuine delight. The curried goat was delicious, and every bit as unctuous and melt in your mouth tender as any I've ever had. The kids opted for something a bit more everyday; a cheese burger for one and a bowl of chips for the other. Even these, though, were delicious and way above what we were expecting for a quick bite to eat. The burger was absolutely enormous and defeated even our hardiest devourer. We all arrived at 7 when the table was booked for. (14 of us) If wasn’t busy at all. We were seated by a very polite/friendly waiter. The waitress seemed to be unable to speak very good English or understand us. It went downhill from there. We all arrived but had to ask for some drinks after over 1/2 hr. we received drinks about 35-40 mins later. Then we had to ask to give a food order around another 40 mins. It was ridiculous. The food eventually arrived in dribs and drabs. Chips arrived when the meat dish was practically finished.
