the first time we're here today and it's amazing. the staff is friendly and helpful. amazing vegan options, including vegan ice creams and sorbets. it is super cheap and delicious, especially the vegan steak ciabatta. will definitely return to go here!

we arrived a few breakfasts before the home trip. we had vegan sausage and ice muffin. it was delicious! I also had the freshly pressed Oj, which was also amazing. the personal was friendly and the business looked nice. will definitely return on our next trip to york

I tried the sandwich and smoothie at this restaurant and found them both delicious. However, the bread was a bit too hard for my liking. There was no issue with substituting an ingredient in my sandwich. The service was fast and overall, it was a very pleasant dining experience. Ver carta

If you’re looking for somewhere to eat in York, you won’t find much better than source Deli. They cater to many dietary requirements. Today I had the Vegan Ribs sandwich with Cherry Bakewell Victoria sponge cake and my wife had the vegan Christmas sandwich. Absolutely insane quality sandwiches with all fresh ingredients.

Nice little place with a good range of vegan options including breakfast bowls, lunch bowls, burgers, wraps, smoothies and shakes. Had a tasty vegan breakfast bowl comprising of two vegan sausages, smashed avocado, sweet potato hash and seasonal greens. All very tasty. Will be back soon to try out some of their lunch options.

This is an excellent restaurant. I am usually not a fan of shrimp, but I found the dish to be delicious. I also tried the steak and found it good, although it may have had a bit too much sauce. I would definitely eat here again if I were in York. The view of the beautiful floors and decorations is also worth a trip up the stairs. Ver carta

I tried the vegan chicken and the meatball sub with vegan rib, and they were both amazing every time. It's rare to find a restaurant with a full vegan sandwich menu. Their cakes are also delicious. Definitely visit the restaurant, as the owners are very kind and, while not completely vegan, they are leading the way in vegan food in York!

Simply the best sandwich you can get in York. There are so many different sandwiches to choose from, and even as a meat lover, the vegetarian and vegan sandwiches are delicious. Generously sized sandwiches worth the extra few quid. Staff are always friendly, unfortunate the hear the other's reviewers poor experience, although I don't doubt it happened.

I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh and appetizing food displayed on the counter at this restaurant. The raw dessert I tried was delicious. However, I found the burger to be lukewarm and undercooked, and the sauce topping it was disappointing. I ended up having to throw away most of it. The accompanying wedges were decent, but they were served cold. Overall, I would consider returning to this restaurant, but I would not order a burger again. The staff were friendly, but I would trade that for a better burger. Ver carta
