"Il Panino is simply awesome. We went here for lunch and had the 7 course lunch. All dishes were super fresh and tasty and creative. I can recommend everything on the menu. We had great champagne, wine and grappa. Everything was excellent.So far so good but the service was far beyond. I have never seen this friendliness, enthusiasm and knowledge in a restaurant in Germany. The owner was present and commenting every dish we've been served. He described were the wine is from and every single ingredient we should taste. Always friendly and with a smile which counts for every waiter in the restaurant. I live currently in the US and I'm used to friendly service but the Il Panino went beyond.Prices for the normal dishes ranged from EUR7.50-EUR12.50 (for pasta with truffles) which in my opinion is very cheap.I highly recommend the Il Panino."

"We had reserved a table with Alfredo last night.We were kindly accompanied to our place. We got the menu and a separate wine card with a great selection of wines. At the same time, the waiter brought us a table with a wide selection of other dishes, which we enjoyed very well, which each court was presented and explained by the waiter. We have ordered 2 appetizers from the normal card and 2 main courses from the daily card. The food was the Oberhammer, just delicious. Finally, there was a delicious Panna Cotta. Also Alfredo the boss came to the table several times to see if everything fits and also took the time for a short smalltalk! We agreed, here we come back very soon, here is the 1.5 hour drive. Quick summary: super friendly, competent staff, mega delicious food, great food and wine selection!"

"We found this restaurant by using Yelp and I must say we agree with the other review there is for this restaurant. We are a family of five (tree kids and two adults) and had a very nice dinner at Mexcalitos. The service is very friendly and the restaurant is cosy furnished in a very nice Mexican way. The menu is well-stocked and varieded with lots of different Mexican specialties. The portions are quit large, and small kids can easily share plates. The prices are acceptable and not expensive."

"Wir waren am 3.3. zu zweit hier, ohne Reservierung. Das Personal hat uns trotzdem einen schönen Tisch organisiert, dort wurden wir sehr freundlich und aufmerksam bedient. Das Essen war lecker, und die Cocktails auch. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nur betonen."

"Die Pizza mit Ricotta und gegrillter Aubergine ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Speisekarte ist auch sonst sehr ansprechend. Dem Service sei gesagt, dass die Teller erst abgeräumt werden sollte, wenn alle am Tisch fertig gegessen haben. Den Gästen einzeln die Teller unter der Nase wegzuziehen, wenn die anderen am Tisch noch essen, ist etwas störend. Uns hat es den Eindruck vermittelt, dass der Tisch gerne zeitig wieder freigemacht werden sollte und somit ein Gefühl der Hektik. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, aber in Bezug auf den Service könnte etwas nachgearbeitet werden."
