Sprokwobbles has closed. What a tragedy. Lovely food and friendly staff. Miss it so much. Let's hope it can return soon. Nothing to match it in Usk.

We've called in here several time for tes/coffee/cakes. Always friendly prompt service from staff and customers happy and chatty too sometimes. Dog friendly.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. They serve excellent coffee, delicious food, a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff is incredibly friendly. What more could you want? Ver carta

Lovely little dog friendly find. Brought the pups a bowl of water and biscuits. Cake and lattes £12 and the cakes were so moist almost tempted to buy a few pieces to takeaway. Lovely staff too

A lovely place to stop for a drink and something to eat, a good range of cakes available (including gluten free) and great coffee. Kind and attentive staff, relaxed atmosphere with lots of interesting artwork and objects on display.

Whilst driving around looking for yet another Welsh castle we happened upon this little gem. Sprockwobbles was warm, comfy and eclectic with an uncomplicated menu. The staff were awesome, the food was really good and inexpensive. There was no excessive waiting around which is always good when you’re on the move. If you see the place just go in. Ver carta

This cafe is fantastic! We had a wonderful time. The service was excellent, the coffee was delicious, the food was tasty, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We even brought our dog with us and the waitress gave us some dog biscuits when we were seated. The front seating area has large windows that let in a lot of natural light. I noticed they had local eggs for sale for £1.65 for half a dozen, as well as local honey. Even though we live in Cwmbran, we will definitely be returning to this cafe.

The cafe itself is nice and as people say it has a small courtyard at the back which is why we decided to go here. We didn 't mind the wait for food, but my friend and i expected a bit more from the ploughmans (we both had the same). I expected proper ham not an obvious packet ham and we both expected a crusty roll/bread rather than a couple of soft rolls. However the cakes did look lovely and i would come back for a cake. I would give the rating a 3 plus but not a 4 as 4 is very good and just a couple of tweaks would have made the difference.

Sprokwobbles has a charming interior and a great atmosphere. It is clearly popular among locals, creating a sense of community. The coffee and carrot cake were delicious, and the music was not the typical cafe background noise. The service was fast and efficient. However, there was a bit of confusion when inquiring about the bacon sourcing. Additionally, a discussion about milk prices led to a misunderstanding with a staff member, who defended their pricing assuming we were talking about oatmilk, when we were actually discussing the impact of cheap dairy milk on animal welfare and small farmers. Overall, despite some minor misunderstandings, the experience was enjoyable. Ver carta
