Staff were really friendly, good range of drinks (gin available, tasty food. Can't think of any negatives! We really enjoyed our evening. Would def come again.

Love the option of half portions for Sunday lunch. The best thing for me is the dog friendly environment. Location is great prices are great the staff could be happier love it

A beautiful venue. Lovely log fires. Love the ornaments. Pleasant attentive staff. Gorgeous tasty food well,presented. My spaniel was made welcome and enjoyed a sleep on the carpet. Thank you all.

The food was all delicious especially the starters and the trout. I had roast beef served pink which was a bit stringy and chewy. Accompaniments were lovely. It was disappointing to have booked and then be stuck at a small table in the corner.

We decided to have lunch in the bar area. Spacious seating, great service from the friendly staff. Food is to die for. Generous portions cooked to perfection and well presented. Our second visit in just weeks and we'll definitely be returning! 🙂

I took my wife and elderly mother for Sunday lunch. The table was in a quiet area where we could chat and here Ourselves think ! The service was very good and the food was beautiful. All in all very good and the bill including drinks a mere for three.

Food was very good. Disappointed with seating arrangements, had requested, on booking, standard seating but was given bar area, where we sat on our own for minutes before anyone joined us. We were told it had been very busy that day and preference is given to larger parties in the other area. Probably would go again but not necessarily on a Sunday.

Visited for Sunday lunch with friends, one of which had a baby. The staff were extremely attentive and offered a high chair when we arrived. We were offered drinks regularly and checked up on by staff. The Sunday dinner was amazing and I will definitley be coming back on a Sunday. I had visited before but not for a Sunday dinner, can’t fault it and good value for money! Will definitley be back

Sadly, our evening was neither enjoyable nor tasty at this restaurant. If you plan to eat here, make sure to check ahead whether or not there will be live music in the bar area as if there will be, it renders your dinner conversation impossible. We were not told of the possibility of this singing when seated. We like live music, but this was over the top and too early in the evening. Waiter didn't seem to react or do anything about it. As to our dinner, burger was so well-done it resembled a hockey puck, so much so that it should be removed from the menu if it can't be served at least medium. Pea soup was acceptable.
