"Nice food but No Staff.One waitress serving Everyone ,taking orders running about like a Mad Woman .Makes for a chaotic atmosphere .Waitress with red hair was so scruffy ,even my Partner commented on Joe dirty her clothes were .T shirt all dirty ,shabby looking track suit trousers that were filthy and all stains .Put us off eating .Her plimsoles were covered in mud as well.There were other people helping on kitchen but the one running about was serving at till then running around taking orders .A few people commented on waiting for food .Every table full plus tables outside with one waitress to cover it .They need to get more staff .Plus smarten up the waitresses clothes .Who wants to eat food served by someone who looks grubby with grubby clothes on .Come on Pine Cone you are making money ,give the staff clean t shirts and smarten them up . Every time anyone said to this waitress that she was busy ,she kept saying No this is a quiet day yet every table was busy .Won't be back as it was chaotic and dirty uniform that was noticed by a few people was off putting .Used to be clean smart waitresses who took time and care putting food on table ."

"I had a lovely meal at Kingsway farm in Dundee last weekend. The carvery was delicious and generous, with a variety of meats and vegetables to choose from. The price was very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The customer service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome and valued. The manager also came to our table to ask about our experience and to thank us for choosing their restaurant. The only downside was that the decor was a bit outdated and could use some renovation. However, this did not affect the overall enjoyment of our meal. I would definitely recommend Kingsway farm to anyone looking for a good carvery in Dundee. At time of writing and on weekend prices in total I spent £8.69 for the small Carvery and £3.49 for a two litre drink. All in all a fake price. Kingsway Farm also halves a great selection of ice creams that can be seen from the bar area and also a great selection of cakes absolutely fantastic really enjoy the cakes even though I didn't have one on this occasion I have done in the past. They also have a play area for kids and families. Can be busy at times due to popularity. You can book, but I've always just turned up as a party of 2 a few times. Easier enough to get a table and any wait I've ever had is within about 10-15 mind maximum. People are coming and going all the time. You shouldn't have a problem. You can book online if necessary."

"Went here based on other reviews and the hype is well deserved. They make their pizza with cashew cheese and it's soo tasty! Really glad I went! It's reasonably priced and everything tastes great! We ordered two pizzas and a garlic pizza bread, they did not skimp on the toppings! They told us on leaving that they have vegan chocolate bars now too so looking forward to returning! Also, they were quick at making the pizzas for us, which was a bonus!"

"I swear at khans and personally would not order from other Indian takeaway, a few times my partner and I were in the mood to go and have a sit down menu before drinks and we have tried many different Indian restaurants (prior...lockdown) and I was so disappointed. now I will only save it for one night, in and around khan’s, we usually always have the meal for 2 that is so good, a nan brot, 2 serving rice, two curry’s, wobbly bagies, poppadoms and wobbly chutney for £20.50 (this is inclusive delivery.) we ordered yesterday one and we were not disappointed, and that has always made me feel disappointed. I am sure, given the current situation that many people are looking for to order eating from different places and so I thought it would be nice to share our experience. they will not regret it, from here order good service, good delivery times, sometimes on Saturdays during normal circumstances, it can wait a 45min, but they let them know this and I think it is good worth waiting for the quality of food. I'd rather wait a little longer and have something sensational than having something essential that arrives quickly, so maybe that's just a thing if they order and maybe order something earlier? very good value for money, delicious food, generous portion sizes. 10/10!"

"Amazing food, but some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every time I’ve came here or ordered food from here, there’s always been an issue. First time I ordered collection from here they gave us someone else’s order and we had to go all the way back to change it had to wait another 30 mins for it to be fixed and also had to ask for some sort of compensation as we weren’t offered anything. Every time we’ve tried to book a table on the phone they’ve says there’s no space and we’ve went there to see and there’s been plenty of tables and we’ve asked for a table and they said there fully booked for the rest of the night although there is about 3 customers in the whole place. A second time we ordered online there was chips missing from our order. When I have phoned to place an order for collection they are rude on the phone, laughing and chatting in the background before they even say hello and while talking to a member a staff they were all chatting also, they speak over you when your talking and butt in. This place has amazing food but customer service really puts us off. Needs to be sorted as there’s an issue every time with them."
