Got these bbq ribs from superpizza, one of the worst things I have ever brought and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

Absolutely disgusted by their service. They took orders n said 45 minutes, nearly 2 hours no sign of the delivery.I will not order again.

We ordered a pizza it wasn’t very clear and the wrong thing got brought to us we then called to see if they can do anything and the man on the phone and the delivery man was very rude towards me, I will never be ordering on here again Ver carta

I ordered the pizza at 7:00 PM and it arrived at 10:00 PM even though I only live a mile away. When the pizza finally arrived, it was soggy and incorrect. I had ordered a cheese pizza but instead received one with pepperoni, to which I am allergic. Additionally, the coke I ordered was flat. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Did a delivery order. The app allowed me to buy 2 pizzas but I was only given one. They said it was an app error so either way not happy being misled. Pepperoni was under the cheese so it wasn't crispy at all. Ordered a tib of ice cream, they semt a totally different flavour... Really really disappointed.... Bad ervice.misleading promotion.... All in all very disappointing

We regularly use Super Pizza for a Pizza delivery and are consistently happy with the service. Usually we go for the Super Pizza Special 2 large Pizzas, garlic bread, chips, bottle of drink Barbecue or spicy chicken wings and potato wedges or Ice cream of your choice all for £24.95. The toppings on the pizza are generous and unlike a lot of the pizza sellers you can still get a decent Sea food Pizza. Ver carta

I am away from work and ordered food, but the driver didn't call to notify me that my pizza had arrived. It was cold by the time I received it because the driver just left it at reception. I called the restaurant to complain about the driver not informing me, but they refused to reimburse me or provide me with a new pizza. This restaurant has bad customer service, so I recommend staying away from it.

Ordered delivery for my birthday took 90 minutes to arrive. The person answering the phone was rude. Was told after 60 minutes it was 2 minutes away then told a road was blocked , when asked they couldn't confirm which road. I explained we were given 30-40 minute delivery time. The person said it was because of the distance its less than 2.5 miles. Food was soggy and cold. Told we couldn't send it back £45 for a cold , soggy meal. Never using this company again!!!

So where do I start we got the food and it was cold, start opening everything up and its all soggy and not edible! They sent us the wrong ice cream, when we called up to complain they got very rude and abusive,said its not possible and when questioned why they sent me the wrong ice cream, they said we dont do that with the meal so then why is it available as a option on your menu??? Disgusting wouldnt send me the ice cream and just told us to complain online, its not good enough!! Ver carta
