"We came into the restaurant yesterday at 1:15, got seated quickly at the table near the framed badges. Order was taken around 1:30, from there it went downhill. About 4 other tables came in and were presented with food while we were still waiting. The server said he would check where the food was and would then disappear. At one point, he said it would be 5 minutes for it to again, not appear. I asked another server, male with glasses, if he knew where our food was as at this point we'd been waiting nearly 1 hour I was told; we are busy today so im not sure I'll ask your server. No response or acknowledgement from our server or anyone else. Brilliant. It took an hour for our food to be brought out, 3 of which were tiny children's meals. We weren't even offered money off as a goodwill gesture. Absolutely shocking."

My husband and I went to this restaurant for lunch and chose from the festive menu, which was nice. The price for three courses was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place. The meal was the best we've had in a while.

The atmosphere and service at this restaurant were great. However, there was a bit of a wait for the food, despite it not being very busy. Overall, the dine-in lunch experience cost between £10-20 per person. The food received a rating of 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 5.

This restaurant offers amazing food and excellent service. We dined in for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The price per person was between £20-£30. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect rating of 5. We highly recommend trying the Beef Burger and Cheese Bacon Loaded Fries.

This restaurant was amazing! I tried the ultimate cheese melt and a Cobb salad, both of which were delicious. For dessert, we had a chocolate brownie and ice cream sundae, which were both excellent. The service was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely return and recommend this restaurant to others.

Good for an all-day excursion. My uncle had to get up and go to the bathroom to shave inbetween courses food took that long. Order 4 days in advance. Uncle went in 42 and came out 43, and before you ask it wasn't his birthday. Atmosphere was great though. we got offered free dessert but had to go bed. This local restaurant branch is fantastic, and our server on this visit was exceptional! They are very accommodating to dietary restrictions, so be sure to inform your server if you have any concerns. I have never had any issues, whether it be related to allergies or weight-loss. There is free parking available right outside, including disabled parking spaces. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, offering an activity pack and sometimes a balloon, along with a great kids menu. Additionally, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible with wider parking bays, flat kerbs, wide doors, and spacious aisles. Overall, it is very accessible for all customers.
