This is a beautiful restaurant with friendly staff. The food was delicious, and I would definitely return when I visit Durham again. I didn’t get many photos of the meal because we ate it all before I had the chance to take any!

amazing eating! it is a small place, but the taste is at point. we had the thai river platter to start and it was great with a beautiful selection. mins were the Massemann-Curry and Orange-Deck. both were great and we couldn't finish it. we'll be back soon! thanks for the great meal Ver carta

Thai River is superbly situated in the heart of Durham with great views of the river, Castle and Cathederal. We celebrated our anniversary there and the food was top notch supported by attentive and prompt service from the waiting staff. We love Thai food and will definitely be returning soon!

We went here for our anniversary and the food was absolutely amazing. We got the platter to start and some chicken toast. The platter was huge and easily enough for two. We also got the best of 3 and a chicken teriyaki for the mains and they were both absolutely lush. We'll definitely be going here again!
