Tremendous food that’s also a bit different- great for break, lunch or afternoon tea. Friendly and efficient staff and a shop to browse trough as well.

We enjoyed a beautiful lunch in a charming setting with a warm and friendly atmosphere. It was a real delight to catch up with friends over half a carafe of delicious house red wine.

The coffee, cakes, atmosphere, and service at this cafe were all excellent. We only discovered this gem in Aboyne on our last day of our short break. Good luck to the new owner of this fantastic cafe!

Nice wee coffee/gift shop in the centre on Aboyne. Coffee really good, cake was good, staff really nice. Was let down by the Scone being on the small side and a bit dry. Will definitely visit again though.

It was hard to choose from the enticing variety of cakes at this restaurant. The scone I ordered was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming and laid-back. The gift shop offers a delightful selection of items to explore and purchase. This is my go-to coffee shop and favorite spot for finding gifts. Ver carta

Popped in for lunch for 4 plus dog, what a great choice. Service was excellent throughout and food was outstanding. We all enjoyed our main and cake. Coffee was outstanding and after commenting, the owner took time out to come over and explain where he sourced his coffee from, nice touch. We are back in are Easter 2021 and will be making a return trip for sure.

What a great find this place was. My wife and I went here for lunch and were not disappointed. My wife had the mushroom soup and homemade bread which was delicious and I had the smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel with salad which was equally as good. Lovely staff and atmosphere. I would definitely say that this is the best cafe in Aboyne and we have been to them all. We will definitely return.

Called in with our dog who was welcomed for a late lunch. Service was excellent and the breakfast (at 2.00 pm! was superb. We also ordered a hot chocolate, which came with a small dish of freshly whipped cream, another small dish of chocolate dots and a Cadbury's Flake! Such decadence!! Just what we needed on a very cold, bright day. They also have a very good emporium selling quality throws, cushions, lamps and china and more. A really lovely place to visit with great food and attentive staff. Ver carta
