"Great food... booked in advance, would have preferred to sit in the main restaurant. A table of six for two in the annex didn't give the cosy, comfortable feel you normally get from the Boot. In hindsight we should have just asked to sit in the bar. Staff were fantastic and food and menu choices second to none."

Called in with family for lunch. Even before the food came out a member of staff came over and asked us to pay the bill

Called in for lunch after a trip on the anderton boat lift there where six ladies youngest 50 oldest 80 we all really enjoyed everything about the pub we will be back x

The Boot Inn is what a real local is all about, whether or not you 're a regular local there! Great landlord, great staff, great ales, great wines, great selection of spirits, great food, great friendly locals who welcome you as well!
