Food was really nice, beer was a good price and Claire the waitress has fantastic customer service skills. My first time here but it won’t be the last!

Both ordered the steak and they were cooked perfectly and were so tender. Well done to chefs Dan and Charmaine. We go here most weeks and the food and service is always great

Went to visit the pub tonight for a family meal and we got excellent service from Claire. She was very polite, cheery and even thought about my children and brought coloure pages over. Food was lovely. Thanks Claire for you lovely service

Ate here today for the first time since it’s been under new management and the improvements were very noticeable. The staff were available and friendly, the girl who served us at the bar (I think her name was Kate) was lovely and so polite, service...was quick and easy and the food was delicious. Will definitely visit again.

Absolutely disgusted we go here every Saturday and spend a fortune booked a table today arrived to be told as a family of we had to sit at a table that’s designed for people when I complained to the very rude girl who...was dealing with booking she said oh well everyone else seems To manage !! What Lovely customer service skills NOT if I spoke to a customer at work the way she spoke to me I would not have a job I’m absolutely disgusted not only was me made to sit by a door to the outside but they also had no heating either and the table was ready to topple over as was not secure at all, I went to the girl twice and twice she spoke to me like muck it was either leave or Get my self into troub...
