I stopped by for a drink and enjoyed the beautiful weather in the garden. The price per person was between £1 and £10. The service was excellent, earning a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere was also a perfect 5.

This beautiful pub offers delightful Mermaid gin and island sea salt vodka. The food was excellent, the service outstanding, and the live music was fantastic. A big shoutout to Sean and his guitar! I had a wonderful evening here.

I highly recommend the Smuggler's Beef Burger, Steak and Ale Pie, and the Mixed Meat Roast Dinner. There's plenty of parking available, with free parking options.

We visited The Buddle Inn again for a pre-Christmas meal and had a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the roast turkey and roast beef, both of which were cooked to perfection. This place is a fantastic choice for a traditional English pub experience. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and drinks. I highly recommend it, and we definitely plan to return!

I’m not a pub owner or a chef, but how complicated can it be to whip up a batch of Yorkshire pudding batter and make them fresh throughout the day? The same applies to the roast potatoes. It seems they might be cutting costs by having a chef prepare everything at lunchtime, allowing the staff to simply serve it warm for the rest of the day. It’s a disappointing approach. In comparison, The White Lion nearby is a far better choice. I give this place 2 stars, as they did have decent cask ales and the young waiter was exceptionally polite and helpful. Food rating: 2.
