We had a function for my mum's surprise 50th birthday and umesh was amazing at helping organise and accomodating the meal. The food was was 10 out of 10! Also all of the staff worked hard and were very polite.

Nice venue with big green area and park for the children. Good food and service, large car park set out in the countryside, facing the cricket club, for good viewing. Nothing to fault, well worth the visit. Very good 4 star in my opinion.

Fabulous family pub. Large amount of garden space, with a kids play area. (Not currently open due to Covid) Views here are fantastic, plus it's opposite the cricket green so when there's a game u can sit out front with a pint . We had a lovely meal here. Food was fresh and prices were reasonable. Service was very good too. Plenty of staff. Ample parking. Will definitely add this little gem onto our list of great places to visit on a sunny afternoon.

I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Umesh and his wonderful team in the Willow Room for making our twin daughter's 18th birthday party so incredible! Everything was perfect, from greeting our guests upon arrival to the final dance. We were taken care of throughout the evening, which was a relief for me as a caring mother who likes to be in control. It was so nice to have someone else handle everything! We hosted around 100 guests with a DJ and delightful ‘naughty nibbles.’ I received so many compliments about what a fantastic night it was, and we owe it all to Umesh and his wonderful team at this remarkable venue. Additionally, there are four beautifully decorated bedrooms on-site that have everything you need. The food was simply out of this world, and our family and friends couldn’t stop raving about it. The breakfast the next morning was just as delicious. A massive thank you to Umesh and his team for creating a perfect night for us. We give it 5 stars! xxx

We recently had a family gathering in the Willow Room to celebrate our son's 30th birthday all socially distanced on 3 separate tables. Fantastic! It felt different being on 3 separate tables but we were still able to talk across the tables so we still all felt connected! Difficult times but the staff were all brilliant. We prebooked our meals so that was all a very smooth operation and the staff were on hand to serve drinks see to anything else we needed. We really had a great time. So massive thanks to Claire her team for making it a memorable occasion, one we didn't think was possible due to unprecedented times. Can thoroughly recommend the venue service. Thanks again

My partner made a reservation for us to celebrate our wedding day. We arrived on time and were promptly shown to our table. Our waiter, a friendly young man, was quick to take our drink orders, and within five minutes, our drinks were served. The food arrived promptly as well, so we didn’t have to wait at all. It was beautifully presented and reasonably priced. The manager came over to check on us, which I thought was a nice touch. Even though it was a busy Saturday night, the staff seemed to have time to engage with the customers. We even asked our waiter about his tattoo, and he responded happily, making us feel comfortable. I visited today for lunch and was quite disappointed with the options available. There was only one main dish labeled as gluten-free (the risotto). When I inquired further, I was told that I could have the roast without the Yorkshire pudding, gravy, and cauliflower cheese, but I assume it would be the same price. Overall, the menu was quite pricey for what we received. I opted for the seared tuna with new potatoes and samphire, thinking it would be a safe choice (I'm not coeliac). My husband and father-in-law ordered the roast and mentioned that it was somewhat tasty but not very hot.
