I visited a few days ago and tried the Bunny Chow, which was quite good. The service during that visit was excellent. However, I went back today and while the manager was great, my server was a young lady who was very unfriendly. I would describe her demeanor as passive-aggressive—she interrupted me every time I spoke and simply came off as rude. The only thing missing was an eye roll. I mentioned my experience to the manager, but he didn't seem to notice her impolite behavior. It seems like being busy is an excuse for poor service.

I love the Chapter House, it's a beautiful building, lovely decor, great atmosphere and good friendly service. We went most recently with my parents who really enjoyed their meals, the ribs and the burger. My other half also enjoyed his burger although he said it wasn't as good as previous times. However, I'm vegetarian and since you've changed the menu to be more vegan friendly the veggie vegan) options are really boring and quite 90s pasta, risotto or salad! So I ordered Halloumi fries and sweet potato chips the sauce that comes with the Halloumi is a really sickly tomato pasta sauce, it would be better with a sweet chilli sauce or Chipotle mayo, and the sweet potato chips were a little un...
