Great food and the staff were friendly and efficient. A most enjoyable visit.

Went for lunch, food service were very good but advise booking a table as it's always quite busy.

Had a lovely lunch, my granddaughter today, we shared the platter it looked so appetising we didn't know what to start with. Service was great and very friendly.

Food always fresh very tasty lovely little clean quality deli. Black pudding and bacon you can buy in the shop which is really good. Homemade soup just gorgeous. Super friendly and warm welcomes.

Good food, well presented friendly service. Just wish there was a little more space between the tables. This is NOT a complaint as the proprietors have made the best use of space as they possibly can.

It's easy to forget to share, though I am inclined to admit to wanting to keep Deli at 85 a secret. Consistently excellent, home-cooked food (lots of Yorkshire produce), consistently excellent service (so underrated in this country), consistently tempting goodies.
