Had a fantastic meal at the Eagle never disappoints on all counts. I'm coeliac and mentioned this when I booked. There was a gluten free menu already waiting when we were shown to our table. Last night, my family and I had a wonderful dining experience. As a picky vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised by my custom salad—it was delicious! Lovely quaint pub. Food was really good. There were 14 of us eating the food came out piping hot. Bar staff very nice, friendly. Would recommend. We chose The Eagle at Barrow for our family to get together to celebrate my birthday...all mains 2 steaks,salmon,fish and chips cheese n onion pie and sausage and mash and a kids pizza all arrived together and all the feedback was positive.
