"had the worst cup warm coffee. I asked to warm it up. the personal polite and courteous and took it to be warmed, it came again exactly the same test. I had also asked for a pot of hot water and was brought half a cup of hot water. also a glass koks ordered. a pint of the flattest coke arrived. they changed it, but the replacement was the same. black sirup without pizz. the table was sticky. a very nice team of employees has overcome it for me. it was still sticky, so I used a serviette to lean before me. my meal should have a side salad. that consisted of a few leaves and a piece of yellow pfeffer. no tomato, no gurke, no wobble. just a few mingling leaves. the carpet on the top floor has seen better days and was full of food, chips that were thrown off and I was very dissapointed. it was not a good experience. this place really went down the pointed. it was really happy to come here, everyone was no longer sa. I had a similar experience before a couple of weeks, but I thought I would give him another attempt, as we all earn a 2nd chance, and I also usually, like the place. all that seems to be right now, is great prices for very average food in a devastating environment. needs a good refund or at least one more pure. even the bar looks like a tip. nothing's ever been dreamed. the staff is always helpful and polite. they only need more if they."

Shocking service, waited for drinks forever, eating was missing from the main meal, never was offered a dessert, then came the bill and my deposit was not deducted.

I didn't eat here but 7 others did, all commented on how lovely the food was. There were a couple who needed gluten free food and this was no issue and the food lovely. Nice friendly staff and nice atmosphere upstairs.

I arranged for a party of 10 to eat at this venue as recommended by friend.Food was very tasty and well Presented.Only downside….when booking asked for upstairs restaurant only to be seated downstairs!However staff very obliging and we all enjoyed the evening.Will return there again!

if you had given a pass for a birthday and despite some attempts could not find a suitable table for the time that we drove in wrexham so to Moldova, and so glad we eat space on, service excellent never waited 5 minutes without being asked, we needed something, and the cocktail that I had dessert was beautiful. well made young

we as family of 12 have booked a table after a sad opportunity to bury our father ash. what a nice culinary experience we had, our waiter was the beautiful scott, who literally enlightened us on the afternoon! he was professional, attentive and entertaining for the little children and also the adults! He let us laugh all afternoon! nothing was too much for him, he was an absolute superstar of a waiter and we will not only come back to the amazing food, but hoping that we scott are looking for us again! fantastic eating, fantastic service in a beautiful environment, highly recommended!
