"The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere in the garden, especially in the sunny weather. I thoroughly enjoyed my main course of grilled salmon. However, the dessert was disappointing as the cherry-flavored ice cream was a bright pink color instead of the expected vanilla with cherry pieces. The service could have been improved, as the starter arrived before the wine and was left at the table."

Lovely family 16th birthday celebration supper. Table was like private dining, service was good and they helped us make it special for our 16 year old. We love this straight forward wholesome pub.
