My wife and I booked for Sunday lunch and weren't disappointed. The service was excellent and so was the food. The prices are fair too. This is the second time we've eaten here since the new owners have taken over and it won't be the last.

We recently visited for a meal and I have to say the pub was beautiful, the food was amazing and great value for money. So much to chose from on the menu and good quality ingredients. Everyone in the pub was so friendly and we felt very welcome. Would definitely be returning for more delicious food!

It’s been some time since we have been to the The Fox, we stumbled past it today and as a walk in we warmly greeted by Sarah. We decided to go for the Sunday lunch which was delicious the portions are very generous and the chef knows how to make roast potatoes and yorkies : the food, service and ambience 5 star

I was told great things about the lasagne here (which I adore), so this is where I wanted to celebrate my birthday. The setting of the pub is lovely, quite oldie wordlie, staff lovely. However… we were told by lots that the lasagne couldn’t be finished as it was such a generous portion and very rich… This picture was taken after I had eaten the tiniest slither… very disappointed to be honest. More coleslaw than lasagne, where was the rest?

We had a lovely family meal at the Fox Inn yesterday. The menu, the service and the food was exceptional. We had prawns to start which were enormous and very tasty! Our mains were excellent too: plentiful fish and chips, scampi and chips and spare ribs we would highly recommend all of the dishes. Colin, Emma and their team gave us a very warm welcome and went above and beyond to look after us. We will definitely come and visit you again with appropriate transport plans next time!

after a day of going to the fuchshaus, found the personal friendly and welcome we asked for a bowl of chess chips and they were happy to commit. we sat on the bar side with our drinks and chips and the restaurant side quite busy, everywhere was clean and smart there are baby change facilities in the toilets and the toilets were clean and well presented, outside there is a plentiful parking space and a large sitting area with picnic table on gras also a duck and animals to entertain the children.

I visited the fox this weekend with some friends of me after hearing a lot about it. And it did not dissapoint. The food was amazing. Everything was beautifully presented and the portions were incredible, I did not leave hungry. The landlord of the pub mass is very friendly and welcoming. Not only does he cook amazing food but he also comes out and chats with his customers. Nothing is too much hassle. Had the best evening here. I only wish I lived closer as this is a great local pub for the village they are incredibly lucky to have this gem on the doorstep.
