What I great place! I Came here for Sunday lunch and was not let down. I was met at the door by the lovely manager Henry and was looked after impeccably from the time I arrived to the time I left. Had a wonderful time here, with pleasant staff and a beautiful room, as well as fantastic scenery. I loved the soaps they provided, especially the bubble bath for the tub! The only reason I don’t give 5 stars for the room is because the ceilings are very low and my husband hit his head several times, not really anything they can do about that though. We enjoyed our dinner and breakfast and found to staff to be very helpful when we checked in late and departed very early. I’d highly recommend staying here! Ver carta

A really lovely hotel in the Cotswolds. We stayed here one night for a wedding, and were blown away by the gorgeous setting. Our room had a terrace and it was so picturesque. The staff were really accommodating and advised us that we could have early check-in, and when we arrived even earlier than this, our room was already ready! This was great because it allowed us some time to enjoy the room before heading off to the wedding. Coming back in the evening after the wedding it was nice and quiet, and I had a great sleep. A fabulous building in a lovely location with beautiful grounds. But, very much let down with poor service and food that is way overpriced for poor quality. I’ve been twice now, once for dinner and once for breakfast and both times the service and food was poor. On both occasions we were greeted by female waitresses that actually seemed ‘put out’ that they had to seat us. When the food did arrive, small portions and big prices. The breakfast was particularly bad with the one and only sausage clearly heated up but still only like warm and just one slice of toast! We just wanted to send an email to thank ALL of the staff at the Frogmill for making our special day absolutely perfect!! The frogmill is such s beautiful setting and we loved visiting often from choosing the venue, right up to the wedding day! We had a meal the night before with a large group and the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
