Great location to watch planes take off and land but prices were steep. At least the chips were nice

The meal was amazing and the staff were very friendly. It was just what I needed after a long flight before heading back home.

I had a large lunch before my holiday flight, and the portions were generous and reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning.

Absolutely stunning as usual. We went there the Saturday evening before Mother's day, as a last-minute booking. They accommodated all 7 of us with no issue. My only complaint is they need to have a chicken meal on the children's menu without batter. Adults portions are massive, high quality as well. Can't wait for the next time. I recently visited this restaurant and had a perfectly cooked 8oz steak meal, while my companion enjoyed a fantastic T-bone steak. The atmosphere was memorable, and they still cater to convicted men who dine here. They also offer a lunch menu from 12 to 3 for seniors at a reasonable price, with tempting dishes. The added convenience of being able to book a parking space for Cardiff Wales Airport is a plus. This gem of a place has remained consistent in quality even after my first visit post-COVID. It's a popular spot, so I recommend making a reservation to ensure you get a table at your desired time. I planned my trip to dartmoor to visit this pub. I went years ago and thought it was great. I waited with my dog and partner in the car for it to reopen at 6. Went in and was welcomed, they gave the dog some water. They took drinks orders. Soon after the lady owner started shouting at me saying to keep my dog in one area. He was on a lead so i said where would to like him to go? She continued shouting and saying she had people over for dinner and the dog is making the floor dirty.
