Missing chip from order. Cod supper fish or black greasy batter not fully cooked. Thick glarry batter the shape of fish with little fish content. Nothing crispy about it. Gave the cod supper back to the very nice driver as well as the chip he delivered short from my order to return to the chippy owner who cooked the cod supper. Owner said there was nothing wrong with the cod supper (see photos) he cooked. Refused to refund. Had good suppers previously (might depend whos cooking them, could be hit or miss) No gimmicks like Award winning fish suppers used back in the day to sell them. ordering a delivery by 530 o'clock. no delivery around 750 o'clock yet. we called him and they told us it was “in the pan”. At 830 it hadn't arrived yet, so we went down to the load. I explained the situation, and they told me it was simply ready (so either they lied to us when they told us it was in the pan at 750 or it was there all the time? the two who spoke to us to clean up their shoulders and to blame the van.
