The Indigo At The Ardington

Again another excellent dinner for our group…great service lovely food. We use the Eden Room for our functions at the hotel it’s perfect for numbers under 50.

Had a working breakfast here. Service was excellent and breakfast was delicious. Fairly expensive but as it’s a buffet style with unlimited juices/hot drinks it is actually very good value.

We had a great night out at Indigo on Saturday. There were 12 of us for a family get together and we had a private space which was perfect. The food was delicious and the staff could not have been more attentive. Everyone came away from Indigo saying how much they had enjoyed the evening and we would certainly all recommend Indigo

After lots of searching for my ideal place . I was on the hunt for a perfect afternoon tea. To celebrate with family and friends an afternoon tea fit for a queen. Delicious sweet and savory treats wait for you . I love to support our local places in our town and am glad I did.I had never been to indigo previously.I can't wait to go back to try something else. We recently held my Mum's 80th birthday celebrations at the Indigo restaurant, a lunch for 17 people. We had a large private dining room and access to a courtyard all at no extra cost. The food and service was excellent and the staff could not have done more for the party. From first contacting the restaurant about the reservation to the lunch itself the customer service was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Many, many thanks to Richard Simon and the whole team for making it such a memorable and enjoyable occasion.

It is a while since we have eaten here but we were not disappointed. Standards remain very high and the food is excellent. We both had roast beef and it was tender and delicious cooked to perfection. I like the way that vegetables are served separately. M had pineapple carpaccio for pudding and I had affogato. Service was welcoming, friendly and efficient, despite being very busy. Simon, the owner, was on hand to help out and exchange a friendly word or two. In my view, this remains the best place to eat in Worthing, together with the tinkling pianist.

I went to indigo on Sunday 24th September with my family to celebrate my birthday. Having never been before I was not sure what to expect. As soon as we walked in the staff were attentive very quick at getting our drink orders. There were quite a few of us so we pre ordered once the food came out it was absolutely delicious. I had the half roast chicken with potatoes and vegetables. I felt like nothing was too much for the staff at one point my nephew wanted more gravy and within minutes he had a pot of gravy bought over. I also have to comment on the pianist it just filled the room with calm it was such a lovely atmosphere. I would highly recommend indigo for a meal.

Have been to the Indigo Restaurant on numerous occasions and couldn't fault it until now! Maybe it was because they were running an two for one offer for the month of September but I would rather have paid the full price and got a decent meal. I had the beef and lamb roast £20.50) and was presented with two pieces of curly dried up meat. I queried which was the lamb and which was the beef and was told not sure but there was definitely one of each. The meat was placed on a plate of very strong gravy and you couldn't tell which was which by look or taste. I feel the meat was either cooked the night before and sliced up or placed on the plate in the morning and left to dry. It certainly wasn't...

This has always been my favourire restaurant and I 've never been disappointed over many years.We don 't come often as my husband doesn 't eat fish and can 't stand the smell of it either. As much of the menu is always fish,this never leaves him much choice of starters or mains..and there is often a strong smell of fish as you enter the room...which I do understand can 't be helped.I looked at the menu before we went and they had his favourite(lamb chops) so we went on our wedding anniversary.He ordered the chops and I had the pork belly.Any extra vegetables are a pricey £4.20 a portion..even mash.In the same list available veg it listed selection of vegetables .I thought perhaps just a spoo...
