many thanks to all of us on Wednesday poker club Christmas party, we were good of the amazing staff, eating was great, again thank you and enjoying their christmas and new year.

Ell and the team were fab really friendly and attentive. Perfect pub evening meal atmosphere was super easy going and cosy, everything was really clean, and the food was delicious (very generous portion sizes). We frequent often. :D Ver carta

Very good quality food in great village pub, wide menu starters were traditional but the half pint of prawns were unusual and I enjoyed a large well cut gammon steak, my wife an excellent steak. Most impressive were the Christmas decorations and involvement of the local community in the social activities provided.

the one of us turned on a wet and windy night and went into a warm Christmas pub, beautiful decoration for all family, good beer and wide menu. my wife and daughter had different burgers who they really enjoyed and I had a cracking fish chips and slurry bucks, beautiful fresh fish in big teig, someone had been mentioned back to us soon

We thought we had made a reservation for a Christmas dinner, but there seemed to be a mistake. However, most of us decided to order the roast dinners, which were fantastic. The appetizers were delicious, and some of us even indulged in dessert. As a gesture of goodwill, we were treated to complimentary desserts and some free meals. Even though we had booked a table and requested the Christmas Dinner options for our friends and family on 17/12, when we arrived it seemed that our Christmas booking had been "lost" and we were not offered the Christmas menu. We ended up staying and ordering from the Sunday dinner menu. The food was good, but it would have been more festive if the Christmas menu had been available.

Great locals pub in a very convenient position just off the A30. We called in on a weekday on our way back from Truro for an early dinner. By 6.30 pm the pub was alive with locals and had a very friendly community feel. Welsh Rob and his team were very friendly and looked after us well. Our meals, which were served promptly, were excellent value and delicious. Will definitely call in again.

We made a reservation for a table for two at this restaurant for a birthday meal. I had recommended the Inn before, as our previous experiences had been good, but unfortunately, this visit was not up to par. When we arrived, the restaurant was almost empty, with only one other table occupied. We were seated at the back, away from the main part of the pub, which limited our interaction with the atmosphere. Both of us had initially ordered fish for our main course, but were told that it was not available. We tried to choose different dishes, but were informed that this was not possible.
