"We were on our way to angelina (which would have been crowded and too expensive) when we spotted several ladies at lunch in the window (near the Rue du rivoli) and thought that this could be a much better alternative. the next window showed laduration pastries. We went around the corner and entered the hall where the hotel master immediately welcomed us with a warm welcome and escorted us to a beautiful table. for our greatest pleasure, a fixed-priced lunch menu with entrance and dish, or a 3-course menu (desert included) for only 36 euros. the service was extremely attentive, the food was fabulous and overall it was an excellent value for money. we just had a delicious and relaxing experience. I'll definitely be back! That's the reason for being good food and service."

The courtyard is charming when the sun is on the rendezvous. they only serve lunch but the quality is excellent. Try to get something from the dessert card. Pastry is divine.

the lunch menu was short, but the food was simply excellent. the staff made a great production to serve it, which added to the theatre and taste. the shrimp ravioli and a mulet broth may not sound from the high kitchen, but the quality and taste were of first class.
