"Not much open for food in Seaton mid December on a Sunday but we'd eaten in here before, and enjoyed it, so thought we'd try again. All table service, which was friendly and efficient. Nice choice of real ales and cider and a good menu. We both opted for the beef burger and added bacon and cheese. It came with lovely chunky chips and a salsa and was well cooked, hot and delicious. Would definitely recommend and eat there again when in Seaton."

Premises very cold smelt of strong detergent Sunday lunch cold and staff abrupt not all staff never will go there again its gone right down hill

Such a shame the pub had to close, visited 3 times in 2 days and the service was incredible considering the staff were aware of losing their jobs Good luck to all of the staff now looking for employment ! Ver carta

The Burger was the driest chicken burger i've ever had, even with the realish it was dry. Bland food, more flavour in Wetherspoons burger and that saying something. The chicken fillet was to big for the bun and just looked a mess. Staff were polite and helpful.

Excellent food apart from brioche bun fell apart (obviously too shall fir chicken burger),lack of fresh onions,and only a few chips in small dish for the price,plus staff keit changing who came up to us asking things,maybe was boredom but apart from that very good
