"The carvery well we're should I start. On arrival we went up to look at the food it was all dried out carrots were going black in places bubble n squeak was hard as rock cabbage was crisp n burnt the peas were brown mash was also dried out we had to Tel the chef to change it all which she did not like the supervisor also told her to change it which she started to do so we paid for the carvery then went up to get it she started to serve us then we realised the meet was all dried up to do. Said wed v the cut after the first. Wow she started being very rude so we said we would get are money back so went to til got refund and was told Amy is always like this towards customers. On leaving the premises we were. Follow out by supervisor and she apologised. Profusely to us but it was to late for that. I'm absolutely disgusted with this place even the carpets were filthy which I noticed on the way out food hygiene. Needs to be assessed at this place so I am not going to give it any stars as it's awful I would even let my dog eat there after witnessing this good luck to you if you do decide to eat here and make sure you got plenty of andrex tissue paper that's all I can say"

Love this place, great deals, always friendly staff and great food!!! I follow slimming world, so the carvers is easily navigated, family enjoy the freshly made pizzas or burgers.

Excellent service from staff, food was very tasty I have visited a couple of times the staff are always polite but its does get busy around 9.30am as I like visiting for breakfast

We arrived and were made to feel very welcome. We were seated promptly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our carvery. Our visit was just perfect so no improvement needed.

Come here on a weekly basis with my friend. We love it here! The food is always amazing! Especially the carvery its by far the best around! So fresh! The potatoes are fresh and crispy!!!! The staff are so friendly to we have made good friends with them all to which is lovely! Highly recommend this pub!

I visit here at least once a week usually for their excellent carvery and occasionally for their amazing buffet breakfast. The food is exceptional, good choice of very fresh veg coupled with superb meat joints. Thank you to Terri, Chris, Jess and Alison who are always friendly on my visits and always professional in the way they interact with customers. Highly recommended and great value, I have been coming here for years and would not choose anywhere else.
