Our food including Salmon and Pork plus scallops) was well presented and tasty. The service was prompt and the atmosphere relaxed. We were not hurried away after our meal and stayed chatting. We had a lovely time. We arrived early for drinks by the fire and chatting. This was a special occasion and we really had a good time. The food was excellent and the waitresses were really friendly.

The staff were lovely but we ordered 2 fish and chips and I noticed that my friend didn’t eat her fish . The salmon was lovely and pizza good . I had fish and I thought it was ok but chips were disappointing

we always have good food and good service in the midland. the staff is so friendly and helpful. in the pub there is a beautiful ambiente. very beautiful furnishings and environment. eating was very well cooked and good quality served Ver carta

We’ve just enjoyed a wonderful evening , the food was lovely and so was the staff . The Midland has a warm, welcoming feeling . The only slight let down was the Polenta cake , which was dry sorry But it didn’t spoil the experience. Thankyou Judith

We ordered the meat trio on Sunday afternoon and it was a great choice - the meat and vegetables were delicious. Overall, the service was fantastic and the food was great.
