I had the lamb shank with Sunday roast, it wasn't the best, very like supermarket frozen, not enough gravy and plates were cold. All staff were friendly. 2 desserts came un heated, just showed nothing was made in house. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Have visited this lovely pub quite a few tines as we have family who live close by in the forest. Although we have never eaten here the food looks amazing! The staff are always super friendly, and attentive. The pub is dog friendly, clean, cosy and comfortable and the real ales are excallent. Always enjoy out visits and definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area. Just wish all pubs were like this! Service: 5

First time visiting The Miners Arms, and it will not be our last. Absolutely spotlessly clean throughout. Landlady and staff are very friendly and welcoming . I had hunters chicken, and my husband had ham egg and chips. Both meals lovely and served with a lovely side salad. Thank you, Miners Arms, for a beautiful meal and friendly welcome. 5 very well deserved stars from me . You will definitely see us again . Price per person: £30–40
