"My husband and I, along with our three children (ages 12, 8, and 6), stayed at this restaurant for 4 nights while visiting family nearby. We had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious with beautiful views, a great shower, and very clean. The atmosphere was friendly and laid-back, and they catered well to both the children and my vegan husband. All the staff were helpful and welcoming. The restaurant is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, shops, and a playground. We will definitely stay here again."

Amazing food, came for lunch but wasn’t sure what I fancied, said I fancied a warm salad and was presented with tasty chicken and prawn salad with the most amazing dressing on, nothing is too much trouble, very friendly atmosphere xx

First Sunday roast post lockdown and we decided to come back to The Mount. Was sceptical as most will be but it was amazing! The food was perfect as always, and the staff friendly and courteous! Adhered to all new guidelines set out and it was just lovely! Highly recommended : Ver carta

This charming hotel, located just a short distance from the town, has very friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond to assist you. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the bathrooms are immaculate. The breakfast was delightful. I will definitely be returning to stay here again.

Had a lovely drink and some great food here tonight. Lovely service from our waitress (checkered top and blonde hair) food came in a timely manner and was piping hot! The Chef ammended the menu which I really appreciated. The staff accommodated the weather and it was incredibly busy. The level of service was impeccable and couldn't fault a thing.
