"visited the restaurant for the birthday of a friend and it was great! we shared a few appetizers that were amazing (you could not say what we had, a connoisseur friend ordered the good, I knew we had hummus and couscous, but I couldn't tell them which dishes we had! and we had each our own main course and shared pitta brot and cooked white rice. everything tasted amazing, and the waitress was very friendly and chatting with us as if we were old friends. she was more than happy to give us recommendations when asked. the only thing I wasn't too sure was the wrong communication between us and the waitress when we ordered our dishes. I can't complain, everything tasted great, but I ordered the dojaj bil tahini, which was not meant as a spicy dish, but I ended up with a dish that was quite spicy, I think I was given the dojaj bil salsa, which was a spicy dish. a word of advice: if they do not take spicy dishes or have special nutritional requirements, they make sure that they remember which court they have ordered and if the court that arrives, not like what they have ordered, always ask. other than that, I enjoyed it in the nile valley cafe and heeding my own rats, I would go again for another!"

Amazing wrap! Aubergine and felafel, with some chips on the side. Highly recommend if you want some authentic food. Service is fast, lots of seats upstairs and downstairs.

I loved this cafe where there are Some authentic art work and photography’s. People are so welcoming and the huge wrap was so delicious. I love aubergine and I definitely recommend to try humus falafel aubergine wrap. I am hoping that they grow their business and move to a bigger place so we can enjoy their atmosphere for longer time! Great place with no frills. They make great wraps and they know it! Service was good, food was tasty, price was reasonable, and the establishment was clean. The fries were good too. My hummus and falafel wrap was slightly dry and would’ve benefited from better hummus distribution however, but I came at a busy time and the guy making the wraps was whipping them out like a machine, so I can forgive this and will be coming again!

If you look at my review history, you can see I am a big fan of wraps. I come from a country where eating shawarma is a national past time. That being said, I have to advise people do not come here. This place will ruin all other wraps in existence, because they make the absolute BEST wraps I've had in my life. The flavours combine to give you an incredible experience of taste, smell and texture. I strongly recommend the samar salad, spicy, with extra fuul and aubergine/olives. You get a taste of everything. For a £5/wrap pricetag, this place has fueled my dissertation thesis.
